Space Group Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of fitting-out works in Macau. The Company operates two business segments. The Fitting-out Works segment is involved in the execution of fitting-out works, including procurement of materials, site supervision, management of subcontractors, overall project management, interior decorative and modification works for existing buildings; and the Financial services segment is involved in the provision of securities brokerage services, underwriting services, margin financing and money lending and securities and asset management advisory services and business consultancy services to the clients. It derives majority of the revenue from Fitting-out Works segment.
