Its portfolio consists of nine retail malls (of which two are not wholly owned) and one office property with a total valuation of SGD 8.3 billion as at Sept. 30, 2025. The trust is externally managed by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Frasers Property, which has a 39.8% direct and indirect interest in FCT. |
