The assets in its portfolio include the Bund Center Office Tower, an office building in Shanghai; the Westin Bund Center, Shanghai, a five-star luxury hotel managed by Marriott International; and Golden Center, a retail complex in Ningbo. The group's reportable segments are Property Leasing and Hotel. Maximum revenue is generated from the Hotel segment. The Property segment is engaged in the ownership and leasing of investment properties. Geographically, all of its activities are carried out in the People's Republic of China. |
