The company operates in four segments: Indonesia property, international property, United Kingdom property, and other. The Indonesia property segment contributes the majority of the company's revenue, owning around 10,000 hectares of land with projects in city development, residential, commercial, retail, industrial estates, and hospitality properties, as well as property-related services. International property engages in and derives revenue from the investment, development, and management of commercial and residential properties in Malaysia, China, and Singapore. Other operations include the investment holding and corporate office.
