Centurion Accommodation REIT is a real estate investment trust ("REIT") established with the principal investment plan of investing in a portfolio of real estate assets used principally for purpose-built workers accommodation (PBWA) purposes, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) purposes or other accommodation purposes globally (excluding Malaysia), as well as real estate-related assets. It operates in two business segments which is the provision of dormitory accommodation and services for workers (Worker accommodation) and provision of accommodation and services for students (Student accommodation), of which Worker Accommodation derives maximum revenue. |
