The company’s segments include Property development segment develops and sells residential and commercial properties, as well as sales of lands; Property investment and hotel operation segment holds to earn rental income and/or capital appreciation including hotel operation; and Others segment includes investment holding, assets and facilities management, project management, harvesting, land leasing, other income, and other dormant companies. Geographically it operates in Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, and South Africa. It derives majority of the revenue from Property development segment.
