Through its subsidiaries, it is principally an enterprise IT solutions provider, providing implementation services, maintenance, support and professional services as well as resale of hardware and software. The company assists its clients in the implementation process involving design, installation, customization and configuration, data integration, testing and deployment of the enterprise IT solutions to ensure that it seamlessly integrates with clients’ systems. Post-implementation process, It will continue to provide ongoing support through maintenance, support and professional services which include maintenance and upgrades of the systems, as well as providing training to clients’ employees. |
